Thanks for visiting!

As you know, we face fierce and new challenges from our competitors around the world. Competing in the global economy requires that we create regional innovation ecosystems that drive growth and prosperity. I believe The challenge for us is to optimize our assets--human, Capital, institutional and intangible--around "the innovation imperative."

Unfortunately, many regions and individuals have yet to fully understand the competitive value of their asset base. Only a few have implemented a systematic process to identify their innovation assets or developed strategies to ensure that these assets are sufficiently linked and leveraged.

After several years of studying this dynamic, I have come to conclude that the key to U.S. prosperity in a global economy is to develop the most innovative workforce and educational system, and businesses that will maintain the United States position as the global economic leader.

I have been committed to helping individuals, small businesses, and local regional leaders drive increased productivity for the past 7 years. Through my thought leadership in federal and state innovation and my on-the-ground efforts to assist revitalizing individuals, small businesses, and regions, I have become a key partner in building prosperity in my region.

This Space is my newest tool designed to help you support innovation-based growth in your individual life, in your community, or in your region. Please visit this space frequently and often for your growth updates.

Regards,

Waylee
